Dr. Mesfin Tsadiku has been my veterinarian and saving angel for a decade. He has treated several generations of my pets, at least 8 dogs and cats. I trust him with my life, and theirs. And I know what I’m talking about. I have been a veterinary technician for over 30 years. This doctor is not only kind, gentle and caring with our furbabies, but his skill, medical knowledge and expertise is exemplary. To say he is extremely thorough is an understatement. He is empathetic with both pets and their parents. I will be thrilled to follow him to his new practice!

My 7 month old dog got spayed last week and I had a very nice interaction with the staff on that day. Prior to my first visit I emailed with Amanda who was very nice and professional as well. I called in this morning and spoke to "RACHEL", to report that the incision looks really irritated/ swollen and that I would like to come in so someone might have a look at it. Rachel was incredible rude from the beginning of the conversation all the way up to the end where she hung up on me. She pretty much told me that no one will be able to do anything until the doctor gets back from vacation and that I don't have to bother come in at all. She said I can email or text her a picture. When I mentioned to Rachel that I'm really worried, she snapped at me and said that she doubt the condition of my dog is that bad! I asked if she would recommend that I go to a different clinic since I really would like a person to have a look at my puppy. Her responds was " That's up to you and your own decision". I told her that I've never have experienced such bad customer service and she just hung up on me! I'm very disappointed with the behavior of this specific person and would like the clinic to acknowledge that Rachel will be the reason that we wont return, neither will recommend this clinic to anyone we know!

We have been going to Dr Griffenhagen for a few years now and just love the Doc and his staff. They are caring and the Dr is very no-nonsense. He knows the treatments that work, and ones that are just a price gouge. We have 5 labs, and take them there for all their needs. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great place to go. They have great prices on pet medications too. The staff really seem to love what they do. And you definitely can't help but laugh at whatever the "resident" dogs are doing. Often, there are dogs on the countertop in paperweight mode.
