We purchased a top of the line, fully loaded Polaris Ranger January 2018. June 2018, there was an electrical problem, the lights did not work, and the ignition pulled out with the key. We took it back to Coleman Power Sports in Woodbridge, VA to have it repaired under warranty. When we called to see if it was ready for pickup we were told yes, but they went ahead and did a 50 mile tune up so that although the repairs were under warranty, we owed them $750. For the tune up. After complaining that they did not call to authorize the repair, we were informed that at time of purchase, they should have charged us $300. more than they did and that we could not pick our vehicle up until we paid them not only for the tune up, $750., not only the $300. for the lights they claimed we had not been charged for and should have been charged for, but also $80. A day for storage which would continue to accrue until we paid them and picked the vehicle up.

Great experience second time around the service team went above and beyond to diagnose issues outside of the reasons for my visit.. Precessional group of people..

***APPALLING*** describes my experience with this shop.

They kept my bike for 2 weeks with no communication, completed no repairs (by their choosing, not mine), and still charged me $315.25 to get my bike back! Amazingly, David Watts tried to justify their actions. They charged me $110.00 to give me their professional opinion that the rear turn signal does not work and the wires are a “Complete Mess”. The rear turn signals were professionally installed by a certified Ducati Tech. They charged me $121.97 to turn the bike on and WATCH it run to see if it overheats and stalls (of course it didn’t). They charged me $55.00 to tell me, what I told them, that I needed the fuel sensor replaced…and THEY made the decision to not replace it.
