Un-Reliable fence gave us a 2 hour window in which they were suppose to come to our house for a fence installation estimate. 2 days before the scheduled date, they called me to verify that I would be there between 2-4 pm. I told them I would. I took a half-day off from work and sat in my house until 5pm waiting for them but no-show and no explanation. Never heard from them again. Totally un-acceptable and UN-RELIABLE! I would recommend that you look for a more professional company to deal with.

HORRIBLE customer service from the office staff and our sales rep. I had to constantly be in contact with them to find out when they were coming and what was going on. We spent $10K on a fence and every time I called in they acted like I was bother to them.The actual guys who installed the fence were nice, but went over our property line. When I tried to tell our sales rep and the office people that the fence was over our property line, it was a struggle, they didn't believe me and it took the THREE weeks to fix it. Fortunately our neighbor is understanding and didn't make a fuss about it. I probably had to make about 10 phone calls during the entire process to manage the situation and keep myself abreast of what was going on. I was given the run around a lot. I would NEVER recommend these guys to anyone.

I just wanted to send Reliable Fence a note of gratitude. My wife and I are both incredibly pleased with the quality of the work that was completed over the past 3 days. The fence looks excellent and the crew was courteous and competent through and through.

The fence is fantastic. You guys did an amazing job building a fence on my slopped property and I could not be happier! The guys that worked at my house for two days in bitter cold conditions were true gentlemen and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, and for this I am grateful to them.
