Provided by YP.comThe new owner of this business is very unprofessional. The showroom is trashed and smells like cigarettes, empty pop cans and paint trashs lying everywhere, not to mention the owners cursing. I took my vehicle to have the rockerguards sprayed with bedliner and the first time it started peeling off the first day, took it back again with the same result. I then stopped by to let him know of the problem and he said he would call early next week, the call never came. I called to leave him a message and a week went by with no returned call. I still have not heard back from him two weeks later. Sorry,but I would never recommend this business to anyone!
At the time of this customer's visit, I was in the process of moving to a new building. Therefore, there was quite a mess in the front "showroom" as stated. I had a very limited space to work with at this building & had to utilize every inch possible. The "mess & trash" was partly from a furniture refinishing project I had at the time. As to the unprofessionalism, I'm not sure what that's about. All of my customers & several of the "local contractors" I deal with on a regular basis have nothing but good to say about myself & my business. As far as the non-returned phone call, I never received any messages about this issue except for the last one I responded to when I contacted this customer to reschedule the work & am now waiting for him, after his cancelation, to reschedule a time to bring his vehicle back to resolve the pealing bedliner (which I might add, was a product related, not workmanship error).
