This salon is horrible. First appointment no one showed. Second time she refused my Groupon. DO NOT waste your money. I had to give one star.

Last time visiting ruby nails . I specifically told the lady I've let my eyebrows grow out so they could be perfect for my baby shower tomorrow and of course she rushed through them with no care in the world and butchered them . I'm so angry I could cry right now . this place will never receive my business again

This was my first and VERY LAST visit to Ruby Nails/ If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. I've been to so many different nail salons and this was by far the worst. The atmosphere and the cleanliness of the salon was just fine. It was their final product of my acrylic nails that I was not satisfied with. If I could I would get my money back. The nails were not consistent in size, they were very wide, and short as well. The surface of the nails was uneven. If you're looking for a good nail place, Ruby Nails is NOT it.

First visit and will be the last. Mani-pedi that took double the time it should have, wore off in 2 days and didn't appreciate being talked about in another language. At least try to be subtle in talking about your paying customers.

Very good service, nice people there. Lyn and Kim are super sweet when I bring in my 4 year old. Overall clean and efficient place.

Don't go there. I had a manicure and they cut my nails way shorter than I had asked and they weren't filed evenly. I could have done a better job myself at home! Very disappointed. The hand massage was the only good thing about the entire experience. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.
