Placed an order with expedited shipping. After a couple days and not receiving a shipment confirmation, I called and got the biggest douche bag ever. Snowflake Bill was his name and hung up 3 times because he can't take a little heat for not calling a customer when I asked him why didn't someone call regarding an order problem even when i paid for expedited shipping. There's your sign gomer. Someone pays for expediting shipping and y'all sit on the order for 3-4 days and the customer has to call and check? Not to mention that my phone number was on the order. Will never do business with them again and if you were smart neither will you.

Do not buy from Kelly Co. Metal detector as you can see other customers are having problems to they just don't care about their customers they claim they do but they're 30 day moneyback guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on

Do not buy from this company! If no stars were an option I would have given none. I ordered my metal detector and after several days received an e-mail stating that my detector was backordered. I called to find out how long it would take for them to be in stock and the sales rep gave me false information, saying that the manufacturer was out of parts to make them and they had no idea when they would get more. He then tried to upsell me and I asked him to cancel my order. I was told I would receive an e-mail (right away) confirming the cancel, which I did not. I called the next day about the e-mail which they then sent through. I checked my paypal balance and it still showed my payment as pending. I called paypal and was told to call Kellyco and that they can cancel it through their end. I called Kellyco and was told that the supervisor or whomever it was that could answer my question was out for the day and would call me the following business day. One week later, when I STILL hadn't heard from them, I called them back. They again told me they would call me "right back." They did not. I called again and they tried telling me I needed to call paypal... I already did, paypal said they needed to cancel through their end. Once more they told me they would need to call me back. Again they did not call in the timeframe that was promised me. After ANOTHER call from me the company did finally call me back after managing to fix the problem in 5 minutes flat. They then proceeded to try and blame the wait on Paypal, which was nonsense. I am disgusted with the shady business practices and terrible customer service of Kellyco. Don't be fooled by their "free gifts," if it looks too good to be true it is! Negative reviews can be found on them all over the web, please do your research before buying from them, I wish I had!
