Refused to talk about a refund,Had to go to another DMD and was told she did it wrong ,So we had to pay for two root canals.We are going to call the dept of health and dental board,

I recently needed to have a root canal, I called Dr Stephanie Williams office and was able to setup an appointment that was convenient and timely. When I arrived at the office I was take back to the treatment room within 5 minutes. Once the digital xrays were taken, Dr Williams came in and reviewed the xrays and explained that I needed a root canal. We started immediately and there was absolutely no pain during the procedure. Dr Williams chairside manner helps keep you relaxed and informed during the procedure.I have had no discomfort or pain after the procedure and highly recommend Dr Williams to anyone who might need a root canal.
