Still waiting on my pictures.. Took my baby when she was a month and she's now 10 months. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. We're out $120 and NO PICTURES. If I could give negative stars I would because he stole from us. FURIOUS IS AN UNDER STATEMENT.

This is a terrible Company! Very unprofessional!

I bought a groupon deal and 6 months after they still didn't make a photoshoot, rescheduled 4 times, each time it was a month later than previously. They stopped responding to any calls or emails. Very disappointed.

Horrible company. I bought a Groupon to do a maternity shoot with them. They have completely ignored me and not communicated on even the location to meet. Now that I am at the very end of my pregnancy, I've missed out on a huge opportunity. I'm so upset and I hope they go out of business. They stopped responding to emails 2 months ago. I have reported them to Groupon.

I will definitely use this business again and recommend to others. Charlie did an incredible job of restoring wedding pics that were 50 years old. The look awesome. I dropped off the proofs and told him I needed them done and a photo book made in time for an anniversary party, a week away. He was working on the pics until 10:00 on a Sunday night and sending me emails to approve so I would have it in time. I was very pleased with his services! Thanks Charlie!

So far, so good! I just had my boudoir photo shoot done on Monday, and got the digitals yesterday. They looked fantastic! I am recommending any of my friends who want to do something special and unexpected for their husbands!

Do NOT waste your money or time on this terrible business. I purchased the groupon boudoir photo shoot for myself and a friend. We spent over $100 to have our hair and makeup done, since it was not included in the groupon package. Charlie, the owner, pushed our appointment back TWICE the DAY OF. A total of 6 hours pushing back and finally...2 hours after our shoot was scheduled for, he cancelled! We demanded todo the shoot the next day and that makeup and hair should be included to make up for the lost money! He agreed- so we showed up the next day. The hair and makeup was awful, not what we asked for and not clean! The makeup artist does not use clean brushes or one time use pencils, she used the same mascara applicator on my friend and I, and it was the original from the bottle which means she used it on ALL her clients! Not clean or sanitary! She then began the same with an eyeliner pencil and tried to line the inside of my lid - so gross! The hair girl did not do anything I asked her, even with pictures shown. She then singed my hair by leaving the curling iron in too long- my hair is now crinkly and smells awful after TWO washes.



Finally i began the photos. One of his (very heavy) props fell on me during the shoot leaving a very large bruise on my leg, and his response was "be more careful." he then made comments throughout my shoot about my body, saying he had to position me so that my "love handles and extra rolls" did not show. He said his job would be easier if I was sexier and that I wasnt doing it for him. I'm 5'6" and weigh 130, I am an average size girl but now I feel so offended and self conscious.



Finally after a miserable embarassing session(with no direction and unflattering poses) he gave me my CD with images. When I viewed them at home, they are AWFUL. Amateur and not attractive. In many I am talking, or moving and not looking. He was the owner of this business, I have no idea how he considered any of this experience appropriate. It was totally unprofessional and beyond rude and embarassing. A horrible experience. This was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend who is being deployed. I am so sad and disappointed that now I will not have pictures. I plan to do them somewhere else but it will be too late and he'll be gone. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS

Purchased s groupon for an outdoor photo shoot. First it too forever to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. Once I got an appointment I get a text confirming my appointment the next day stating I would get my pictures in 1 to 10 days and also to tip the photographer. I did not know you tip photographers because you don't tip photographers at Target and other places. At the photo shoot the photographer did not shoot the whole hour and the camera was nothing fancy. I waited the ten days and send emails, texts, and voicemails and still to this day no response. So I have NO PHOTOS that I paid for. This company is a scam. I have also called Groupon and complained to them as well. Save your money and pick another photographer.

Avoid this "photographer" at all costs. We had a photoshoot on March 22nd, and were promised the digital pictures the next day. We still have not received anything. We have called and sent numerous texts, but there has been no response. We will be complaining to Groupon and asking for a refund, as well as requesting that his scam-artist be removed from further offerings on Groupon. Even $49 is too much to pay for a photoshoot with no pictures. This was a complete waste of time. The photographer was a nice enough guy but didn't really seem to know what he was doing and had a consumer-grade Nikon camera that anyone could buy at Costco. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Do Not recommend it! We scheduled our Christmas photo session for November 15th 2012 at "Casa Feliz" in Winter Park. 15 Minutes before leaving our house, all dressed up, I decided to call Charlie to let him know we were on our way. He had totally forgotten and asked us to re-schedule, and to also change the place because "Casa Feliz" didn't want them back ever again after an issue they had during a session. So we had to re-schedule and change the location! The day of the session, he was late, his camera wasn't that impressive, and he wasn't that great with getting our kids attention and getting them to smile at all. The 1-hr session we purchased didn't even last 40 mins. 2 months later, we have not received our prints, he's not returning our calls, or e-mails, or facebook messages. He is nice and friendly, but not a great photographer, and does not provide good customer service. Will never use again!

My wife and I had purchased a groupon hey had offered and had a photo session on Nov. 19th. The first problem was they were tough getting ahold of to schedule the appointment. The second problem was that on a Friday at 4:55 p.m they changed the location of a 9:00 a.m Monday shoot through leaving a voicemail on our phone. We really wanted photos at the original location they offered. We decided it wasn't worth having to work out a different deal and reluctantly obliged despite the last minute notice.



On the day of the shoot the gentleman was nice enough.



The biggest problem is that both my wife and I have called 3 separate numbers and emailed them on multiple occasions with either no idea who or what our shoot was and had to "get back to us once they researched it" or simply no answer at all. For any of the three numbers.



We were hoping to have the photos before Christmas since we had Christmas themes at the shoot. However, it is Jan 3rd and still no word from them. No call backs or emails.



Absolutely disgraceful to refuse to at least field a question from a customer...let alone one that has already had a shoot. Very unprofessional. Absolutely do not recommend this company.

This is one of the best photography places I have used. The staff is very helpful. The pictures are phenomenal and the photographers do a great job helping you achieve your vision. I have used them for two years and will continue to do so. If anyone is looking for a photographer who know how to work with kids as well as adults this is the place for you.

I did an outdoor family photoshoot in October 2012 with this company. It was a $40 groupon deal.

When we arrived at the location there were several photographers from this company who were shooting various families. Our photographer was nice, but she didn't seem very experimented at taking family pictures (i.e. making kids look in the right direction, etc.) I think that the behavior of the photographer is important to get good photos and she was rather passive.

Also, her camera didn't look like a top notch camera. There was another photographer with a different family which had a much bigger camera and acted with more professionalism (he would lie on the floor to take baby pics, called out his name, etc.)

I just received our pics and some of them are nice but I am a bit disappointed because we don't have a single family picture with all 4 people looking OK at the same time.

I guess for $40 it was worth it but I would have been VERY disappointed if I had paid full price.

I have a feeling that this company offered a deal on Groupon, then had a lot of demand, and hired lots of photographers to satisfy the demand. The quality of the photographers/equipment varies too much in my opinion.

Not sure I would do it again.

This is a well professional photo studio, they did my Professional comp cards, portfolio and Runway photos. I do recommend it.

We used this company for our Wedding and a sweet 16 and they did a great job. We got our moneys worth and more. We also got a flash drive with all the photos + retouch photos and they look like model photos.
