unprofessional company

this company uses bait and switch sales tactics. testing with their best call center but then allows unprofessional and poorly trained agents represent your company. please everyone beware of this terribly Mis managed company. if I could score a negative stars rating I would choose -5 Carmel solutions destroyed my valuable customer base of 20,000+
