I am from Georgia and my daughter attends college in Florida. After a minor car incident, I had one day to set her truck up to get repaired and get back to GA. Nathan and his crew stepped up and got the job done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. My daughter's truck looks and runs great. It's hard to find honest and quality shops nowadays. You won't be disappointed at My Body Shop!

In response to Stacia M's review, The team at My Autobody Shop strives to ensure every customer is pleased with the repair work completed on their vehicle. If not, we will do whatever is necessary to make it right. We apologize if Stacia's experience was not a positive one. However, some of the issues which delayed the repairs on her vehicle were beyond our control. The vehicle was dropped of at our facility on 4/2/2018. After the damaged panels on the vehicle were removed additional damage was encountered. Prior to repair a supplement outlining the damage had to prepared and submitted to the insurance company. Once approved we were able to order parts and continue with the job. Unfortunately this process set us back nearly 1 week. The work on the vehicle was completed on 4/19/18 and Stacia picked up the vehicle on 4/20/18. As noted there was a crack in the left inside door panel and it's replacement was overlooked. However, once brought to our attention we ordered the panel from Toyota even though the part was not on the insurance estimate. The panel was on backorder and it took a few weeks to receive it. Once it was in our possession we attempted, unsuccessfully to contact Stacia to arrange for it's installation. 8 more attempts were made to contact Stacia leaving messages on her voice mail each time. However, to date she has not returned out calls and the part was returned to Toyota.

I wrecked my car and was referred to this company by my insurance company so I was convinced I was in good hands. Originally I was told it would take a week in a half to fix my car but I was without my car for almost 4 weeks. When I finally was able to pick up my car there a crack in the inside of my door. I was advised they would contact me when the part came in and it would take 30 minute to fix, I never heard from them. When I attempted to call back I was told “I remember you and fixing your car but I don’t remember having to still fix your door.” Then asked me to come so they can take a look at it. Like wow this was the worst experience I’ve ever had to encounter, if you want your car fixed within a timely manner that’s promised, deal with professional people and wanted to be treated like a customer please do not I beg please do not go to this shop. You’ll regret it!

I wrecked my car took it to my auto body couldn't even tell it's been wrecked think you guys did a great job
