Great service! I had been going to one in Oviedo for a long time but moved to the Winter Park area. Some of my information wasn't coming up in the system at this store, and I was going to have to pay a fee if the situation was not resolved. This store called the one in Oviedo without hesitation and saved me the money.

I had called to get a price for new brake pads. They gave me prices for both the front and rear which I thought was reasonable when compared with the dealer's quote for the same thing. When I brought the vehicle in for the job and left it, they called an hour later and gave me a totally different quote, plus I must now buy new rotors as well, or they will not warranty the pads. They charged me about $20 for the privilege of giving me that quote.



P.S. There quote was over $200. more than the dealer would be, IF, I really did need new rotors.
