The male employee (who would not give me his name) not only omitted some of the services a part of my manicure, but he also charged me a surcharge of $5 for taking off my gel. Which was not posted on the price list. The surcharge also was not discussed with me prior or after my manicure. The employees at Regal Nails have no integrity and treated me as if I was less than the other customers. When I brought up the service and surcharge they tried to humiliated me by claiming I was making a scene. The male employee clearly was trying to take advantage of me. It was my first time there and he thought I was just going to take what he gave me.
They were dishonest and tried to humiliate me because I called them out and stood up for myself. They mishandled me and were okay with doing so. The lack of professionalism and integrity is alarming and disheartening. The community needs to know of my experience and decide for themselves whether they want to continue to patronize this company. They issues me a refund because they knew they were wrong and I threaten to call the police. They did not offer any apology and told me not to come back.
