I bought two pairs of scrubs on Friday and tried to exchange one of them on Monday, clearly new and unworn but I did take the tags off because I intended to wear them. Unfortunately they did not fit as well as the other pair. When I went back to the store, they refused the exchange without even looking at the scrubs to see that they were completely unworn. I am now out $50+ for a pair of scrubs that I can't wear.
We are sorry you are unhappy with your experience as we always strive to keep our customers happy! Unfortunately, as stated in our Return policy, which can be viewed at the bottom of your receipt "All clothing items must be in new condition, unworn, with original tags still attached and must be accompanied by an original receipt." The item you tried to return had the tags removed. We had no reason to believe we needed to view these items because you had already informed us that the tags had been removed. Viewing these items will not change the guidelines we have to follow. We do believe you when you say they are unworn however if we are to alter the policy for you, we would then have to do it for every customer. We understand this can be frustrating, however the reasoning is to protect you and our other customers from potential illnesses and such. We do apologize and hope you will rethink this review as well as continue shopping with us.

Provided by YPmobileWay overrated and extremely over priced. When I walked in the door, I wasn't greeted with a 'Hello' or anything til right as I was walking out the door. There isn't much of a selection either.
