I had the worst experience with this store, I called to get some easy pricing questions, our business was having a meeting @ 8am every employee would attend 09/29/2013. I called this winter haven location for some help but was put on hold for 9:26 seconds, During that time I heard him chatting with someone about personal stuff. I felt that I was not important as a customer, I myself is a AM at our business. I feel that the customer is so important they are the ones that you treat like family to build that experience and that loyalty, I did not have that feeling with this location. I felt as if I was a burden. I hung up to call back later mind you I just got off a flight and was trying to give this store a heads up, I was going spend some money at this location for my meeting sadly that wasn't the case. I called the Bartow location for some pricing and Chris the female she has very helpful, sad that I didn't get the same level of experience and importance at the winter haven location . Hope this message will flow to who it needs to for that employee get some coaching on customer service. The customer is everything, every customer everytime. Thank you for reading this hope the matter will get approached. A team is a team with all rowing at the same pace.

Great Staff & Management. Very clean and kid friendly. My children were very happy with there Ice Cream Cakes!
