After reading the horrible reviews witch is when they first opened they have fixed there mistakes wait time is long do to everyone being there they are all ways busy!! There food is wonderful I'm there at least once a week. I'm in my 30 and love there cooking I'm very picky about my food they are wonderful about it. The prices are just right and you get almost 2 meals out of the meals. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants good food.

Went to big toms got there at 5:45 at 7:15 we still had no dinner was seated by 6:00 this is horrible people that came in after us have already eaten and are leaving HORRIBLE

Food is really good to avoid large crowds on Sunday go before church is out. They are still working out the kinks

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! I would give it negative stars if I could. My family and I happen to eat out quite a bit, and of course have been to restaurants where we didn't get the best food or service before, but this place was literally the WORST I have ever been to. This is the first time I have ever left a review for a restaurant, but I felt compelled because it was SO BAD. The food would have likely been ok, had it not taken an hour to get after we ordered, come out cold, and our orders mixed up, but the Manager was TERRIBLE. She basically said they were busy, and that's why it was so bad, she never once apologized, actually had an attitude with me for even complaining, and refused to take anything off the bill or do anything at all, and was incredibly rude. The owner refused to even come out and speak to me. And after all that they over charged us. Do yourself a favor and don't go there EVER!!!

sorry but we went for diner they told us 15m waiting time. 45 minute later and 6 table empty and others people waiting they told us that the kitchen was to busy and they can not sit any one .more that 12 left so we left also.No manager came no services not going back

This dinner shall survive. Band now and already had amazing customer service. The food was quality for a reasonable price. Though with that said I did come during lunch rush on the weekend and they was a slight wait. With that said I don't see a major downfall.

Food is amazing!!! And great customer service definitely coming back!!! Love the environment there, and like I said the food was amazing. Recommend the Red neck fries.

Drove up at 720 pm after calling earlier in the day and was told they were opened until 8pm......open sign flashing in window, two ladies in Tom's shirts standing at cash register/reception counter and told me closed at 6....asked about :"Open" sign in window and they just stared at me like its my fault...never turned it out and comments from two people leaving "Prob best they were closed, we'll never come back."
