As an experienced bike rider with over seventy-five thousand miles on bikes and trikes I know service, fitting and selection and Wheelworks is in a class by itself in Central Florida.They just built me a Mango Catrike 700 that is without a doubt the most comfortable fastest and safest trike I've ever ridden.Irwin

I have been visiting this shop for a few years and am always happy with my experience there. They always take great care of me and I feel like a valued customer ( which is not the case with a certain Orlando chain store I used to be a patron of). No matter what type of biking you do, there is at least one employee who is experienced in that field and can help you out. Obviously, I am big fan!

If you are a pro, they like you. If you are just getting into biking, and trying to learn, they really don't want you in their store. Very disappointing experience. (Funny: the snooty clerk "bragged" about working at 6 other local bike shops previously. I would never brag about having such a difficult time holding a job!) Fortunately, there are 2 other bike stores on Plant Street. They were both helpful to me and glad to answer all of my questions.

As a new rider, I purchased my first bike from a place that I should not to mention. I learned early of the problems with my first bike. The entire staff at Winter Garden Wheel Works went over and beyond the call of duty to correct the irreversible malfunctions of my first bike. Needless to say, I decided to return this bike to this anonymous place. After being treated so wonderful at Winter Garden Wheel Works, I decided to buy one their bikes that fit my budget. I am so pleased for so many reasons: the bike performance, the included maintenance plan, the customer service by EACH and EVERY staff member, staff's level of expertise, staff's patience, and so much more. They guys there will guide you and educate you if you are a new bike rider like myself. The guys will make sure that you leave their with a smile on your face being happy with your bike and knowing that you can rely on them to keep your bike running in tip top shape. Kudos to Winter Garden Wheel Works.
