We replaced outdated ceramic tile with travertine and wood. It looked beautiful initially but within months the tile began to crack. We contacted Rich, the owner of Floor to Ceiling and he came out. He said it was due to a foundation issue and not covered by the warranty. We have since had two foundation evaluations and there are no issues with the foundation. We now have cracks in our family room, kitchen, breakfast area, guest bath and hallway. There were no cracks in the 8 year old ceramic tile that was replaced. We spent over $50,000 with this company. A very expensive mistake!

One picture is worth a thousand words...come see it to believe it! Workmanship is second to none and only problem encountered was the delay in completing the job.
I plan on using them again when we remodel or better said, gut our bathrooms next year.

We had Floor To Ceiling Install our hardwood flooring through out our entire house. Rich was very knowledgable about flooring and guided us through the whole process with great service and patience. The installer was very professional, clean, and a true craftsman. They did a fantastic job! I highly recomend them and will use them again in the future for other remodel work.

Floor to Ceiling completely remodeled both bathrooms in our home recently and did an excellent job. Rich and his design staff assisted me in picking tile, granite, faucets, etc., and both bathrooms turned out beautiful. I love the fact that Floor to Ceiling is "one stop shopping" and has so many choices. And as their name indicates, they can take care of anything from "Floor to Ceiling." We had no problems during the remodel. Rich and his team were like the HGTV team and I can't say enough about them. If I had to do it again, I would certainly choose Floor to Ceiling.....great design, excellent work. trustworthy, will work with your budget...I highly recommend them!

I used Floor To Ceiling Home Remodeling Center in Winter Garden to do a complete kitchen remodel at our home. I dealt with Leo through the whole process and can say, I am very happy. Leo is a true professional and the whole staff was extremely helpful. They made the process from start to finish a truely great experience. They have a very large showroom with products for any budget. Just a great value and quality craftsmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of home improvements.

Floor to Ceiling in Winter Garden installed my Anderson engineered wood flooring leaving dog eared chips at corners, splinters along edges, gaps at ends, and globs of urethane adhesive over all the floor. I was promised it would be taken care of and paid the balance. The installer then dallied awhile and left it a mess. While removing the adhesive myself, I got a splinter deep in my finger. The installer put putty in a critical entry piece that was damaged in installation and then told me it was part of the manufacturing and the lame gesture toward repairs were the best he could do. I was told the sharp edges sticking up capable of injuring a child are inherent in hand scraped wood. Overpriced installation, a $400 leveling charge on a 650 square foot near perfect floor added at commencement of installation and poor care and workmanship are some of the reasons that I would discourage everyone from ever doing business with this company.

In my search for hardwood flooring, I checked out Floor to Ceiling in Winter Gardwn, FL. The showroom is very nice, they have a good selection and their prices on builder specials was good. However, the owner put down other area stores and made very rude racial comments about the people who work at the competetive stores. I was completely turned off by this and will not do business with this store.
