I woke up Sunday morning freezing, because my ac unit broke sometime through the night. After talking to a couple of my neighbors, I called the AC Guys.

Let's start with the girl who answered the phone. She seemed to be a sweet girl who actually cared that it was only 30 degrees that night and I was freezing. She tried working with my work schedule to get someone out to my house as fast as possible. I love the fact that she said for my convenience, they would call about 1/2 hr before arrival. When Tom & Randy showed up, I was still on my way back from work. They were very understanding about having to wait for an extra half hour while I was stuck in traffic. Upon checking out my unit, they found the problem to be some part. They could've charged me all kinds of money because it was the weekend, but they didn't. They actually waived the service call fee because I choose to have them do the work. Although I have had horrible experience in the past from various ac companies, I enjoyed having the AC Guys at my house. They are now the one and only ac company that I will ever let near my ac unit again.

By the way.... I just called a few other ac companies and ask for a quote for the part. They ranged from $425- $900. WOW That is a huge difference from the $275 that I paid through these guys. Glad I decided to get a Maintenance Contract with them.
