Poor Poor Pooor service

They customer service is the worst ever!!!!!! Stay away from them, I can't wait until my poilcy is up in May so I can go elsewhere! I gave them one star, when they deserve none!

If you are looking for cheap i...

If you are looking for cheap insurance, then this might be the place but be warned that you'd have to forego on basics like customer service, efficiency and time.



The reps are so rude, especially, the claim department. The hold time on the phone is ridiculous and it seems as if the different departments don't communicate with each other. You would have to be their messenger!



If you have value your time, appreciate good customer service and efficiency, then stay away. You've been warned!
