I went to this Ulta today to return foundation that was given to me by mistake by the beauty consultant that matched my daughter last week and they gave us a hard time with the return... I was told that since we didn't have the " free gift" that came with the foundation we couldn't return it. At no time during the checking out process was I even told that it was a free gift, the girl just stuck a " wet wipe" in my bag and didn't mention anything! Now I have to drive another 60 miles to get the wet wipe, excuse me, " free gift" to return a $40.00 foundation that was given to me by mistake by their beauty consultant!. Winston Salem has two Sephoras, I will be shopping there from now on, and I will purchase my Zoya products online from Zoya.com since that is the only product that Ulta carries that Sephora doesn't ... Very poor customer service at the Winston Salem, NC Ulta! Shop at your own risk

I entered ULTA, and showed a gal what i wanted and she said we don't carry that here, and that was it!!!! OMG

your not here just to look pretty, good customer service is a thing of the past. :-(
