Most horrible service and professionalism ever! I purchased a tempur-pedic base and mattress from this store in hopes to finally get a good's nights rest. Both of the salesman in the store gave me false information before my purchase, one stated that the base's are exchangeable within 90 days of purchase, the other gave me a price and charge me almost double on my upgrade for the massage. Both salesman, Mike and Ron would not admit their mistakes. The district manger Chris voiced that he could not do anything about the exchange of the base and could not believe that his salesman voiced any of this. He then told me that he would exchange my mattress because I was unsatisfied for a set price. When I went back into the store to do the exchange they told me they were unable to. I then called the regional manager and voiced my concerns. Had it not been for me having proof of this last "mistake" they would not have made this exchange. When I received my new mattress they could not even sync my two bases together because the driver stated that I should have got a hardware box the first delivery to do so and to add a headboard, customer service did nothing to help. Do not purchase anything from this store, they will lie and tell you whatever they want to get you to purchase something and will not honor it@
