I have seen Dr Cates for many years now. She is absolutely the best!!!! Being a Diabetic plus having osteopenia, she has treated me on numerous levels, from ordinary diabetic checks to breaks and diabetic wounds. I truly believe I would not be doing this great had it not been for her. Her staff (from receptionist to assistant to check out) are always so nice and helpful. I would never dream of seeing anyone else. I trust her completely and my only wish would be she could be my primary care physician because it is so obvious that she cares for her patients and is always willing to give the time that is required for great medical service.

Dr. Cane is the GREATEST! He treated my mother as if he had known her his entire life. The problem she was having with her toes was taken care of in two visits. She had a follow-up visit scheduled in August; however, she developed a pain in her foot over the weekend - I called this morning to schedule an appointment for tomorrow afternoon or the following morning and she has an appointment tomorrow afternoon! The staff have been great to work with also! She and I recommend Dr. Cane!

At my New Patient Exam the Doctor was fine (for the 10 min. of face time I had), but the assistant was very unprofessional. I needed 2 types of braces & 1 pair of insoles. They were out of both types of braces, so I left with only the insoles. It took me 6.5 weeks and 8 phone calls to the office before I finally got what I needed. The office manager told me multiple times she would mail them to me because I live out of town, but it took 6.5 weeks before that actually happened. I DO NOT recommended this office if you want to feel better any time soon because they are not reliable and they do not care about your health.

My feet hurt for years. I put it off, tried to fix it myself, etc. I didn't think it was that big of a deal, but what I found out is that I was suffering for no reason. I found out my rt. foot had a hairline crack in a bone and I had hammer toes. My left and rt. feet both have heel spurs. It hurt so bad I could barely walk. I was fitted for forms to go in my shoes that I bought at New Balance and I wear them everyday. My feet are 100% better. I had surgery on my hammer toes and I've had no problem since. Dr. Cates and all the people there are great! I highly recommend this office. It is very busy though because they are so good.

Difficult to speak with physician after the appointment. Needed to advise and discuss alternative treatment. Gave up and will be seeing another physician.

I enjoyed being Dr. Rob Mothershed's patient for the short time I was, he is a very good doctor, however his staff specifically the insurance personnell is either overworked or lazy. I was told that my insurance information would be obtained in enough time to know the prices for my very simple surgery. I received not very informative information the day of my consultation! (the doctors visit you go to to tell you what to do the day before or prior to surgery). I never got what the regular cost for everything would be, ( i wanted to obtain that so I could plan out if I wanted to pay for it or not), and I felt as if I kept getting blown off. I could never get her on the phone so I called and verified my own insurance but was told something slightly different. This went on for about a month and to this day she still hasnt called me back with prices, or anything. I have even stopped by the office to speak with her a more than once, and was only given a number to talk with the surgery center to get prices from them, and they were no help! I always thought that medical insurance verification was done by the insurance biller (or a designated office member) in the facility. Well they have taken it to another level. I guess because they are so busy they can afford to do this. Anyways, I took my records in search of another Podiatrist, which is such a shame cause I really liked Dr. Rob Mothershed.
