This McDonald's location has the slowest, most inefficient evening drive thru in North Carolina, if not the entire Atlantic seaboard. This past Friday evening, I left the line and drove away after waiting seven minutes in a line that did not move; there were three cars that had pulled ahead of the serving window, waiting for orders to be brought out.



I don't know if it is a lack of staff or a lack of supervision during the evenings, but wait times are completely unacceptable.

They need even more time....

The double drive-thru ordering stations looked impressive, until you get to the pick-up window. Everything is such a mixed up mess. The employee was very polite, which I loved that part, but how hard is it to put cream in my coffee instead of sugar? I told them three times I wanted cream. The breakfast sandwich was old. I'm hanging in there for the long haul and hope that they can pull it together. Through all of the hirings and firings, hopefully they'll be able to get a better work crew. This McDonalds is like every one else, their having a very difficult time finding quality employees.
