Provided by YP.comHand and Stone in the Winston Salem, NC have incompetent front office staff. The form they have you fill out is very lengthy and very in-depth. I had an appointment and filled out the form on-line, so I could be totally relaxed before my appointment and not have to worry about forms or anything. The front office either lost the form or deleted it. If you’re looking for a stress free experience, look else where, since Hand and Stone Winston Salem, NC isn’t the place
