The staff is nice to us & they are very busy, but my 91 year old little mother has been in a bed with a little screen in a drafty hallway (diagnosed with pneumonia) since early this morning or last night waiting on an empty bed. She came into ER around 8:00 pm last night. This just does not seem to be the best that they could do for her for her to get better, she’s going to be worse in this drafty hall with the EMS bringing people in & out 2 rooms down from where she’s laying in this hall. 🙁
