Have our house on the market and needed carpets and tiles cleaned. Lee the owner was able to accomodate my schedule and came out promptly on the summer Saturday I requested. His fees were reasonable and the carpets and tiles were back to looking like new. We have a dog and had a hallway with "additional" stains that I had tried cleaning in the past. After about 8 weeks the hallway spots were reappearing. I called Lee on my day off and he was back within hours!!! He explained those other chemicals leave residue in the carpet but within 30 minutes of his magic their back to looking great!! I found Lee very accomodating, friendly and conscientious abou t his work. His business card advertises carpets, tiles upholstery general housekeeping and get this he even does windows!!!

They did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets and not only are they good at what they do but they pay particular attention to customer service. I was able to have them to my house the same day that I called, on a Saturday, over a Holiday weekend all because I needed a professional desperately and was adamant about finding someone to do the job. I have hired DiMatteo Cleaning Service for a variety of projects over the years. I find his prices very reasonable, and the work always top notch. Mr. DiMatteo has a lot of integrity -- meaning that he never overcharges or suggests service just to add on to your bill. There are never unpredicted strange charges. He is dependable and timely. He has done wonders with pet stains and odors on my carpets, and by cleaning the tile and grout on my kitchen floor, the ceramic tiles looked brand new. I was hesitant about the tile work the first time I did it, wondering if it would make that big a difference.I would highly recommend it. Nice locally owned company, with friendly and trustworthy service.
