I WENT IN FOR HI-LITES AND CAME OUT WITH PURPLE HAIR!! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME MONEY TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!! THE OWNER IS RUDE AND NASTY AND HAS A BAD ATTITUDE! SHE NEEDS TO LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT!

You would be better off going to a beauty school. I was a new client and got my haircut, colored, and hi-lited and was I ever disapointed. My haircut is uneven, I was overcharged for color and then they wanted to charge my $25 more to style my hair. so I left the salon with wet uneven hair and a big hole in my account. I showed the hair stylist the haircut I wanted and that is not what I got.I have been trying to get in touch with the owner and have yet to speak with them. It has been over 2 wks! I used to be a hair stylist at a top salon and I have never seen customer service this bad! The least they could do it refund some of the $ I paid. I am very disappointed and I will make sure to make it known to everyone I can not to visit this salon & beleive me I know plenty of people! Did I forget to mention the salon I used to work for is published in Allure, Red Book, Marie Claire, and all of the haircut books in all the salons all over the country! I will make sure their editors know!
