I had a lot of fun! The game itself was very challenging, but all escape rooms are! I am rating this 5 stars because I found the research lab cool because of the "lockdown" feel. The props, puzzles, and atmosphere work great and I had no trouble asking for help when I needed it.

Concept is good but, the props did not work. We did not know this until we used up 20 min thinking that the chime was all that was going to happen. Same with the compass clue. The room was soo dark we would not have been able to read the clues if we did not all have phones. We found 1 very dim flashlight and without our phones it would have been 1 person doing everything. Even after they knew the props didnt work they offered no extra time. Could have been fun but stuff didnt work and they knew it and no refunds just a "oh well" Dont go.
