Do not use this store. Would give 0 stars if it were a choice. Managers and workers are clueless to Sprint's official policies regarding upgrades and billing. Myself and other customers were flat out lied to about the upgrade process. All 3 of us had our bills doubled at minimum. Called and went into store over a 2 week period to find answers and was continuously put off about their "billing guy" working on it. Nothing was fixed. These guys will tell you anything to sell phones and then will not do anything to help you after you have committed. Highly DO NOT recommend doing business with these people who either deliberately or ignorantly are committing fraud.
