Steve helped me through a tragedy of rough handling during a recently molted pulchra slings travel to my residence. It was unfortunate that the baby had passed I along the way with the trauma. Not only did he promise a new sling for replacement, he gave me many options along the way and even worked with me on my preferences. I was In no great hurry and the slings currently in stock were an inch less in leg span. I'm into tarantula keeping as pets only at moment and waited a year n half for my second T B. Smithi - Brutus to be avail. I had no problem awaiting the little ones to grow that extra inch in hopes to better my chances of providing correct care and for successful shipment of sling. During this process my preference Steve honored was if i had my choice i would prefer the slowest grower to reach this legspan in good health to hopefully increase percentage of female. This was due to females having longer lives and also for better monitoring during growth overtime for healthiest selection of the stock. Steve even Gave the option 3 mnths in when received new stock of larger size that could send then if chose. At which point i advised that although i was happy awaiting the sling of long term care towards maturity that i trusted his judgement on selecting the healthiest sling for longevity of pet. This week the sling for me was selected and sent. Steve came through with a very healthy, responsive, well tempered sling whom arrived to me just moments ago. I'm sharing with you this info because the time and effort put into this is above and beyond daily services. The quality and care Steve and his family put into not only their babies for sale but also their customers simply can't be compared to others. With their informative and friendliness added to their integrity, i hope to see them prosper into a business any owners , employees and customers could ever hope for and more. - Very happy customer!!
