I am very disappointed with Dr Fiscus, And the care i received on March 24,15 I had surgery and during the surgery she cut a hole in my bladder. After i got into my room and she came in, She did not even tell me what she had done. So the next day being in terrible pain i went to the emergency room with terrible swelling and the bladder leaking that i didn't know about. So the doc at the emergency rm did test and found the hole and infection. Dr. fiscus still did not admit to this and said i didn't have a infection. So 1 wk later i was in level 10 pain and went to wake med because i knew the pain was to great and the catheter was not rt. so they did a cystogram and found the hole and i had e coli flowing in my body,because of her carelessness. I am still going through this and wearing a new catheter . Hoping it will heal and not have to have surgery . I would not recommend going to her she is to busy and tries to rush to get to the next dollar.

I would never recommend this place to a friend. While the doctors may be fine, the office staff is rude, condescending and seem always irritated that they have to deal with patients. First visit, I waited 90 minutes to be seen, and spent a total of 4.5 hours there waiting for different procedures. When you ask about the wait, the front desk is especially rude and snippy telling you "That's just the way it is." Second visit, doctor got called away to deliver a baby (understandable) but no one ever bothered to tell patients who were waiting. Called the office after my surgery to ask the nurse a question about a troubling development, they didn't get back to me for over 24 hours--telling me "I just got the message, Sug." Not to mention that the hospital which they are affiliated with overcharged me by $2000+ for my surgery and would not have reimbursed me if I hadn't caught the error myself. Bottom line is that they DO NOT care about the patient--only how you're going to pay. They all use condescending terms like "Hon" and "Sug" to address the patients. Very maddening when they're mostly half my age. If you like being made to feel like you're in a medical warehouse and you accept being prodded along like cattle, this place is for you. I will NEVER go back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
