If you are a good person then this is the place you are looking for. Walk in service time is excellent and calendar appointments are not “way out there”.

This is a outstanding group of medical persons that we have been going to for 11 years and still counting.

The PA (Midgett) and both Doctors (Williams and Jones) are extremely patient, concerned, and accurate with diagnosis and treatment.

If you need a Specialist then trust in the knowledge that they will send you to someone they know and trust where other offices may just randomly choose without prior knowledge of that doctor.

Dr Jones is my doctor and my wife sees Dr Williams. I have experience with both and they stand as equals. Both listen well, offer good advise and are not arrogant.

True stories:
1. Just last night my wife (who has a recent work related injury) said out of the blue that “Dr. Williams is so kind”, which says up a lot coming from her as she feels most medical Doctors treat her as a number and not a human.

2. Just now as I am typing this Dr Williams called my wife to ask her to come in the day after Thanksgiving so he could check on her injury. This is outstanding service no matter what others may say as feedback.

The PA Midgett shares the same high ethics qualities of the Doctors. I see the PA more than the doctors (because that’s how the system works) and he is fantastic with a warm and concerned disposition. In fact I am preparing to go next week for my annual “bend over” physical that he makes as comfortable as is possible.

As far as the office staff and assistants go, I have never had bad or rude time with any of them. The staff often contains medical students who need the experience while going to school so be kind and patient to them.

We thank God for Williams, Jones and Midgett. If you want integrity, good, caring and well thought out diagnosis with treatment then look no further

This has to be the absolute worst provider in Wilmington, NC. Very unprofessional they disclose your personal information, they call your other doctors without permission. I waited 2 hours to be seen when I was told 30 minutes. Do not waste your time, they are not reputable physicians.

I have been a client/patient for over ten years. When requesting antibiotics be issued because I was out of town, the answer was no and I had to come in. This was a simple request. Not only was I out of town, but I feel it is ridiculous to have to pay $90 for an office visit for simple antibiotics that I know I need. What is the point of having a relationship with-and having loyalty to a primary physician if a simple request like this can not be accommodated? It's unfortunate because I really like the Doctor himself and the nursing staff is always friendly. I expect more.

They where able to pin point a very rare stomach bacteria (h.pylora) after two years of sleepless nights. All the doctors had a great system of communication with each other every time we went there.

The front desk staff at this place are very rude and insulting. I went there a few times, thinking it may have been a one time thing, no it actually got worse. When you call to pick up get a refill on a prescription they never call you back - and then act annoyed when you have to call again. Someone really should inform these people that they are essentially secretaries, and do not hold some sort of Dr. prestige. Every business should strive for good customer service. I, for one, will spend my money elsewhere
