Unreliable, shady, scamming, liers. I'm a disabled combat veteran with bad credit. In the desperate search for a vehicle to take my daughter to daycare, they offered me an opportunity with another shady lender (American Credit Acceptance). The car broke down 10 days after leaving their lot. I was still on the same tank of gas that I left their lot with!! They denied to fix the vehicle, and said I was on my own! They lie about the conditions of their vehicles. The mechanical issue was internal and couldn't be diagnosed from a test drive. They have no sense of true customer service or businessmen-ship. BE AWARE OF THEIR LACK OF HONESTY!!!!!

Everything was perfect! We were treated like kings.. the car we got was just what we were looking for and could not be happier
