Provided by YP.comI bought a Jeep and oil pressure immediately fell low when the car got to normal running temperature. I had a mechanic appointment the next week. He put it on a lift and said rust is through the frame making it weak, front coils are about to fall out and it will possibly need a new engine. I bought it for my 16 year old daughter and he said it was not safe due to the rust. Notified dealer and they said they could not do anything. I only put 132 miles on it just to get it home from Wilmington to Raleigh. The salesman Clint attitude totally changed. I honestly feel like he misrepresented the vehicle. He was not the same person I bought the car from. Very disappointed in the customer service and him trying to be manipulative and act like I was having buyers remorse. I don't have "buyers remorse", I feel like I got screwed and scammed. I can replace the engine but I can't do anything about the rust and weak frame and I will not put my daughter in it. Per Clint he said Dana the owner said they are not going to do anything. Beware of dealerships like this. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and never have I had this type of experience.

Provided by YP.comMaranda.McKee I am very sorry about your experience with us. That salesman is no longer with us and I apologize for the way that took place. We do care about our service members and have sold quite a few of them vehicles. Our new salesman is also a veteran of the Marine Corps although he has only been with us for a couple of months, I have heard nothing but good things about his relationships with our customers. If there is anything I can do to make up for your previous experience, please let me know.

Provided by YPmobileWe came to Johnsons Investment to look at cars & became interested in a toyota camry. The guy mentioned that a woman was also interested in the car monday and we were there Saturday. We test drove the car and really liked it, until we checked the oil & it wasnt even registering on the dip stick. So we bought two quarts of oil & added it to the car, then the oil registered, so we decided we were going to buy the car. So we go inside & theres a woman sitting in therr who was buying the car. The salesman called the woman & had her come to the lot & buy it then. He let us put oil in it and waste allll of our time there just for him to sell the car to someone else. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service. He claimed to be a former marine & was trying to play that up knowing that my husband was a marine & he said he wanted to give us a good deal because of his service. This place is very shady and does not care about our service members.
