Inspire is a great agency that we have been working with for over 5-yrs now. They have handled all of our needs from designing our marketing materials, printing, webpage design, email marketing, video production and much more. Inspire has not only helped us grow our business but has helped the transition into the ever evolving digital age a smooth ride. I feel they are always keeping the best interest of the company first and don’t try to push products/services if you are not ready and/or the right fit. I would highly recommend Inspire to all companies whether big or small as they not only give great service but also sound advice during consultations.

Thanks Inspire, keep up the great work!!

whether or not they can produce the end result you are looking for or not- avoid the salespitch of becoming a retainer client. I paid these young men $4000 and got NOTHING! I had to push for meetings, what they produced was thrown together, they missed deadlines, and charged me 10 hours for researching how much print ads were going to be when I already had given them some of the information. This is NOT 8 heads are better than one; it is two or three young men with an inability to keep commitments.

This is the one and only retainer client we have parted ways with in our four years in business. This client broke a six month contract a couple of weeks after we began work because she felt we were not producing results and we happily parted ways. When we begin work with any retainer client, we are being paid to handle their advertising from top to bottom. For an agency to do this effectively there is some time involved when researching the industry, competition and target demographics. For this particular client, we spent exactly 7.75 hours (less than one day) working on market research so that the $30,000 campaign we were preparing to launch would be as effective as possible. For whatever reason, she saw research and development as "researching print ads" which in reality only took up about an hour of our time. The bottom line is, for an advertising agency to effectively work with a client, it is important to be on the same page which was clearly not the case here. We promised results in a few short months, not a few short weeks. It is unfortunate that this business relationship did not work out but we strongly feel that research and development saves time and money in the long run and is not as simple as researching print ads. We let the client list on our website speak for itself.
