Would not let me return a new product. Said there was a 30 day policy. It had been 35 days and most places we deal with are ninety days. After driving across town you would think they would help a customer out.Well, my friend told me about Johnstone Supply just down the street and now thats where I buy all my A/C parts. Saved 30% on the exact part. Never been back to Granger. Little policies can cost you big bucks. Im soooo glad I found Johnstone.

Needed a portable generator and other items in anticipation of imminent hurricane management. Received immediate and professional service at the Wilmington branch of Grainger. Highly recommend this branch.
