I am very disappointed at the services received and the Unprofessional behavior of the staff, Heather. I have been calling the store mutiple times because I was interested in buying large quantity of wine for a wedding, but the staffs hung up on me on multiple occassions because they didn't want to answer my questions. When a staff name Heather finally picked up, she threathened me and said she will "red flag" the products I am trying purchase. Her unwillingness to answer questions related to their product simply because I was not in the store is unprofessional. Her customer service skill is clearly lacking with the attitude she is giving to customers. I am hugely disappointed with Total Wine.
