Skyline Middle School serves students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes computer studies, English language arts, math, science and social studies. The school also conducts classes in art, music, and career and physical education. It offers various after-school programs that include Stock Market Club, Solar Car Club, Student Council, Book Club, Yearbook Club and Newspaper Club. Skyline Middle School organizes several sports activities, such as field hockey, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, soccer, and track and field. It also offers opportunities for students to participate in The Math League, Odyssey of the Mind, Science Olympiad and spelling bee competitions. Skyline Middle School is governed by the Red Clay Consolidated School District, which operates various elementary, secondary and special schools.
