Scott is amazing.... We came in after being turned down by pepboys, sears, and firestone to NTB and they stated they were kinda busy and might not be able to get us in... We told Scott our problem and he was more then happy too help us.. Help us get back on the road again.. You guys rock

I brought my truck in for the free tire rotation you get every 5,000 miles with my tire purchase and got home and discovered they never did the job. I knew this becuase the front rims on the truck were dark with brake dust and were still in their same location. When I called back and talked to the manager, he claimed the service desk never communicated the tire rotation job to the service technician. What a heap of you know what. The service clerk wrote what I wanted done on the service order right in front of me. ( I wonder how many more customers they are doing this too? ) I still can't believe this actually happened. In addition, they pulled out a cabin air conditioning filte that I did not ask to be changed and wanted to charge me $30.00 dollars. They wasted my time and agitated the hell out of me. I am going back to try to get the tires rotated for the second time. I hope these boneheads get it right this time. Beware

The workers went out if their way to help me get what I needed to prepare for the storm. I needed a power inverter ( which they didn't carry ) they made calls to other stores to help me find one on the day before the storm. They came out to my car to test the marine battery that I had just bought at Wallmart( I thought it was defective). I left feeling satisfied and I was very well prepared for a power outage.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! AVOID NTB Talleyville AT ALL COSTS. ... THEY WILL LOOT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY... I have been to NTB to check breaks of my Accord. A free break check coupon was available at NTB website. They quickly checked the break and said I need new front break pads (my rotors were perfect). They gave me an estimate for $285.93. $140 for front break pad (Part) and rest for the labor to install it including a 12% shop fee. I did not have any clue how much would be teh cost for a break pad or the labor associated with this job, I asked for a discount and they offered a $40 for the service if I do it today. I trusted the sales person and with out thinking twice, I decided to go ahead with the break pad installation(Stupidest descision I ever made). I came back home, looked prices for the part (NAPA break pad exact same model,part no) they put in on my car, it was only $60 and price was confirmed with local Claymont NAPA store. Essentially, NTB charged me 230% more for the part. I called the Union Park Honda dealer to find out how much they charge for new front break pads + installation, Can you believe it is only $109.99 at the dealer, this include new front break pads and labor. Bottom line, NTB Talleyville RIPPED ME OFF for both part price as well as labor charges. I was charged $245.93 after discount for a job that could have been done at teh genuine Honda dealer for $109.99, or may be even cheaper at another local mechanic. I can't believe this type of dishonest people cheat you on your ignorance and continue do business in America. I went back to the NTB store and enquired why I was charged 230% for the part and almost double for the labor, the manager Bernard Flowers was not available, The assistant manager Craig was rude and said, that is what we charge for this service and he can't do anything. I told him that I won't do any future buiness with this store, his answer was I don't care. The worst customer experience I ever had. Can you imagine a business like this cheating customers? It is nothing but day light Robbery at NTB. Do not belive in their free checkups and coupon. It is a strategy to bring in potentail prays like me and they charge 230% more and offer 15% discount. My simple message, if you happen to read this review, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST ..Don’t throw your hard earned money to this SCAM ARTISTS.

I purchased 4 new tires at this facility. After spending several minutes attempting to upsell me on other (not immediately essential) work, it took 3 hours total for the tires to be changed/balanced, etc. While I was waiting, they called my home to notify me the car was ready. Five minutes later they let me know in the waiting area. The following day one of the tires was almost flat and I had to return to have the tire adjusted. The price of the tires was the only thing beneficial about this transaction. I would not recommend this tire establishment.

Do not use this store. You have been warned! Came in at 8 am for an appt to just rotate and balance 4 tires. Came back after 1 hour and NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE! The car hadn't even moved. When I arrived there were 2 cars ahead of me. When I came to pickup the car there was a full garage with cars thT came after me.



I would fire anyone this incompetent.

These guys are great! No rip-offs here. Quality work and efficient service.
