Provided by YPmobileThis location has terrible customer service from the front desk representatives to the managers! The cars are always dirty inside and out! The maintenance on the cars are terrible also. Several of my rentals the brakes were sqeaky and faulty!Service lights on in the car and all. No one greets or acknowledges you as you walk through the door, just very unpleasant. And to know that I'm a presidential circle member given service like this. Shame on Hertz!
