Incredibly disappointing on so many levels. She makes commitments and promised them doesn't keep them. When you ask what happened she gets angry and defensive. Also she commissioned her highly recommended carpenter for many jobs which were very unsatisfactory and she agreed. Then said even though it's not acceptable work that I still had to pay for his time which we did and he never rectified the work. Then when I couldn't come to meet them one day she said they were never coming back. Real nice. I have one star for expertise professionalism and promptness but should be zero. I'm attempting to upload pictures of the work as well.
