Best neighborhood bar/eatery inTrolley Square. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Great burgers; Meat loaf; and, shepards pie. Nice wait staff and friendly bartenders, and service with a smile. I gave it only four because of their restrooms. They could some work. P.S. don't ever send food back to the kitchen-they take it personal.

My family stopped here for dinner before a movie. We were not expecting much, but left with a great meal and an appreciation for what truly good service can be! Throughout our visit the staff was warm and friendly and the manager came by to thank us for choosing their restaurant. My husband ordered his burger medium-rare. The meal came and his burger was a little too rare in the center, but he ate it anyway leaving just the center of the burger. We didn't complain, but when the waiter came back with the bill after clearing the plates he apologized and said he noticed how raw the burger was and took it off the bill for us. We said they didn't need to - he ate it and hadn't complained-- it was good! They not only took it off the bill, but the manager came by with an apology and a customer form for us to fill out so they could correct the problem in the future. We left and never thought about it again until a letter arrived yesterday with an apology and a coupon for us to use in the future. The letter was customized to our situation, not a standard form letter..... a VERY nice gesture considering we never even complained and my husband ate the burger and it was taken off the bill already. The message? Catherine Rooneys wants your business and wants to keep you coming back. With this level of care & attention to service, I can assure them that we will!
