Debra started out as a great attorney for me..got my insurance claim started asap, directed me to the right resources for about a year and a half..then I hardly ever heard from her...had no clue what was going on with my case..payments were stopped without warning..was told that would not happen without her alerting me..she did not..I complained about her lack of communication and told her I didn't feel she was doing her best for me. Debra told me I would receive any and all meds and treatmentsI needed for up to 5 years...I did not..still am not...once I complained to Debra about her lack of communication, she stopped any and all correspondence..felt a simple apology was necessary and would have settled my issue..over the next 2 years, I emailed her several times, called her as well but she simply refused to answer or respond..asked if I should or could seek counsel elsewhere, no reply..so on to better things, another attorney, then will see about other recourse with her..
