I went their after being frustrated by a doctor at a major chain and another local ophthalmologist. I had difficult with my contacts drying out and no being able to read very well with them. Dr. Costello listened to my needs and fit me with this soft disposable bifocal lens that was brand new on the market. They are the most comfortable lenses I have ever worn My near vision is like I was 25 again. T would and have recommended his office to many of my friends and colleagues.

I have never had a better eye examination. I never thought I would be able to wear bifocal contact lenses and the doctor fit me where my distance and near vision are spectacular. The lenses are comfortable and easy to care for. I thought once I needed bifocal I would be wearing glasses all my life after trying other bifocal contact lenses. Dr. Costello spends time and explains how things work. My wife who has never been pleased with her glasses loved Professional Eye Care's selection. She mentioned to me how they care about detail. The quality of her lenses is great. They care about each and everyone that comes through the door as you can see from other patients that are in his office. I highly recommend for anyone to switch to this office.

We were knew to the area and this place informed me and gave me the best eye examination and contact lenses I have ever had. They were so knowledgeable about all the new products. My vision for distance and reading is outstanding. I am now wearing bifocal contacts I never thought I would be able to wear. Dr. Costello knows is stuff. The glasses they have were very selective and up to date. My wife who sometimes is hard to impress came in and purchased the new digital progressive lenses. Her vision is great she says and loves the way the frame looks and feels. The price point on everything was very reasonable and the accepted my insurance with open arms.

Professional Eye Care spends time and makes sure everything is done to your satisfaction. From bifocal contacts to great looking frames. I am very satisfied and would go back. Prices are reasonable for the quality and the time they spend with you.

New to the area and in need of a new doctor, I went to this location because of the good review for it on here. The doctor was good, the place is nice, and parking is readily available. Do not, however, trust the receptionist. I was given two rebates for my year's supply of contacts and was told by the receptionist (and the doctor, for that matter) that they could be used conjunctively. Having ordered my contacts through the receptionist, over the phone, after a trial period, I asked multiple times if she was certain I could use both rebates together. She assured me that the representative for the contact company was present at that time and said that they could in fact be used together (I have come to truly doubt the rep's presence at the time of the call). Turns out, in the fine print, it stated very clearly that they could not - a customer service rep at the company confirmed this fact. Ultimately, I paid much less for the contacts than I would have anywhere else - even online. However, just out of principle, I will not go back to this doctor. I will be giving another practice a chance at my business.
