I needed to change my broilmaster grill from gas to propane. After the clerk tried unsuccessfully to purchase new grill, he grossly over-priced the conversion kit. I should have gone someplace else, but after trying online to purchase a kit, I ended up back there to order the kit at a much reduced price. I called on a weekly basis and they told be it was on backorder. It's now been 3 weeks and they finally said it had never been ordered because they didn't have a deposit from me, of which they never had requested one!!! I don't recommend this store to anyone!
