I've sold most of my gun collection, 7MM Weatherby Mag (Mark V), Colt Python, Colt Defender at auction for very high prices on gunbroker.com.

I called Mike and Kates on Oxford Ave. and they wanted $40 plus shipping to send the Mark V to buyer's FFL. I thought that was a little steep so I called Frank at Abington Gun. He took care of everything- boxed it, shipped it for $36 (shipping insured for $1500 was $34). So for two dollars he went out of his way for a customer. When I transferred the Colt through Abington, there was more involved (handgun) and it cost me $10 over shipping cost. Abington is a small shop with a high overhead so you won't get prices comparable to large stores, but if you want honesty and professionalism-that's the place to go. I recently bought a used .25 auto at Abington that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere but I won't shop anywhere else now.
