Walking in, I was greeted very nicely and helped right away. The staff was attentive and I did not have to wait at all. The building was very clean and well organized. I was taken back and the woman started working on my hair right away. I was appreciative of how well she listened to me and knew just what I was trying to accomplish. I left feeling great as it was a pleasant visit. When I got home I noticed that she had cut my hair crooked and I have a pixie cut (It was VERY noticeable). I believe I was her last customer and she was just ready to leave for the day. I went back right away and another gentleman fixed the mistake and did not charge me. He was very energetic and very willing to help me out. He did cut me with his clippers (It seemed as though it was not something that happened often, but it DID happen to me). He was apologetic and assured me it would never happen again.

The atmosphere is child friendly and my hair stylist, Ashley C., is WONDERFUL! She is knowlegeable about the products she sells (but never pushy), is able to provide up-to-date hair styles and fun to talk to--even my kids love her! Ashley tends to stay busy, but I've never had to wait long than three days to get an appointment!

I have never had to wait even without an appointment. There is one girl there that I don't really like -- she's a bit snotty, but overall the customer service is great and it seems like there is not a lot of turn around as there is in some of these places. I have had the same person for a while now so I get the same haircut every time.
