These people are inexcusably bad news.I hired this shop to change the starter on my Kawasaki Jet Ski, as per their estimate of $175 (I supplied new part).They changed the starter, charged me $514.83 and ruined my motor with their incompetent, ignorant re-assembly .These people at Awesome Aqua Toys FAILED to re-install two, 3" bolts which secure the exhaust system to the engine. Just gone, bolts which hold the exhaust secure and attached.PLUS they failed to put on two other important bolts that hold the manifold to the engine block.Further, they did the most sloppy, unprofessional installation of exhaust gaskets imaginable. Totally amateurish work which allowed cooling water from the exhaust system into the engine and ruined the engine of my jet ski.Avoid these folks like the plague.You would do yourself a big favor by simply putting your jet ski in the water, lighting it on fire and letting it burn compared to dealing with these crooks..(I will be happy to post photos of the work done to damage my Kawasaki upon request.)

I rent jet skis, boats, and condos on Lake Conroe and Jimmy and his guys have been taking excellent care of our equipment since '04. I've ALWAYS found their work to be quick, honest and reasonably priced and I know A LOT of people that feel the same way. Over the years, I tried the others because they were closer, cheaper, etc...and there are several reasons Awesome AquaToys is the biggest independent jet ski, boat atv & motorcycle repair shop in the Woodlands - Conroe area. I recommend them constantly...without hesitation...and have NEVER been burned. Over the years, I've literally seen hundreds of their customers and I've NEVER witnessed an issue with any of them. Call these guys and tell them what you got...if they say they can help, don't sweat it. Take it in and let them do their thing...they'll get it right. They also do "lake calls"
