This shop means business! My food experience has never been short of awesome. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. If I'm ordering Gaetano's it has to be from the Pennypacker Dr. location... It's confusing that there are two Gaetano's, both located in Willingboro NJ, especially when the office orders from the wrong location... The Beverly Rancocas Road location has always disappointed me, the ingredients just doesn't match up to the Pennypacker Drive location. Make sure you're ordering from the right place and reviewing the correct location before moving forward.

I ordered from this place a couple of times. Now their food is good but this last experience I encounter truly topped the cake for me. I like to go or order from places that have good food great services and treated with respect as I would to these employees. However my husband order over the phone a woman picked up and he gave her our order I heard my husband order what we wanted I didn't hear her reply back on our total order only my husband heard but there was some type of mix up because when our order was delivered it wasn't what we wanted. I called back and explain our order was wrong the girl who picked up the phone was really rude saying I heard his order he never said that and just back talking and being super rude. I was polite through whole time and ask to speak with the manager she replied I am the manager and I said to her I don't understand why are you being rude and you have no experience in customer service. I then told her all she had to do was to hear what happened and say I'm sorry for the mix up let me fix that for you and that's it all the extra (nonsense) was in exceptable. And she said your right with sarcasm and said have a nice day. This is the last time I will ever order from there. I don't care how good your food is. When your treated with no respect. Maybe some charm school will help that poor girl out with her attitude. But until then 1 star as far as I'm concerned...
