Hello my name is Joanne and i am here to let you know that Buffalo Laser Spa @ 5820 Main ST #101 Williamsville, NY is very professional ,very clean, and the people are amazing. My daughter had an appointment this week she has facial hair and hates it!! Lisa Marie Bavisotto the G.M. is just so sweet and understanding she went thru all the information with us and let me let you know my daughter was impressed. This was not her first experience with hair removal , what my daughter liked was when you start with a laser tech. that will always be the one who see's you so you will be a little more comfortable not having different laser tech. each time you come in . The facility is clean, very clean, Lisa did a test patch for her and on the way home I asked if it was different from the others and she said mommy is there any hair here or here,NO i could not believe it,she was red and felt stingy she said . 10 Minutes later no pain and later that day most of the redness was gone .
